The location of the hotel was convenient, within walking distance of the city center. the rough side street it was located on made it feel unsafe. The swimming pool was nice and the staff at the hotel bar were friendly.
The room smelled terrible, like a sewer. The management tried to fix it but the smell kept coming back.

Excellent location near train station and airport. Recently renovated rooms with attention to detail. Free access to spa area with pool, sauna, and mini-gym. Friendly and attentive staff. Great value for money.

This hotel offers great value for money, with reasonable prices and attention to detail. The staff is friendly and the basic amenities are well-maintained. The rooms are stylish and come with an espresso machine, which is a nice touch. I particularly liked the design of the bathroom, with its glass shower and toilet, and the room also had a nice large TV. The breakfast selection was impressive, with multiple options included.

However, this is a safe area with many other international hotels, ensuring continuous tourist and business activity.

We loved the modern and comfortable room at 9Hotel Paquis. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the train station and lake. The staff were friendly and the service was excellent. The breakfast was delicious and we enjoyed the pool, jacuzzi, and mini sauna. we highly recommend this hotel for a great stay in Geneva.
